Our chemistry department performs analytical analyses by published methods to include those by AOAC, USDA, AOCS and FDA. With new requirements in the ever changing world of food chemistry we are here to assist with all of your testing and nutritional labeling needs.

Quanta Lab is USDA Accredited in Fat, Moisture, Protein and Salt testing. See below for a brief overview of what this department can offer you:

Proximate Analysis - Fat, Moisture, Protein, Ash, Salt, Calories, Carbohydrates

Nutritional Labeling – all USDA and FDA required testing, to include Vitamins, Minerals, Sugars and Trans Fat
